Need to remove this. Saw no screw holes. Hope it isn't a glue on.

The holes are there.Take a phillips with vaseline on the pad and poke around and you will see how hidden the holes really are.

Yep I Removed and replaced mine as well. Dish soap works good too just rub a little on the end of the driver and the pad and away you go.
