It should be fairly simple as a Single Shot. As a repeater, things would be more difficult.

I think the 416 Ruger would definately fit. Not quite as powerful but still a real thumper.

I'm with Boots and Ellobo on this one. The Weatherby could be done, but the 416 Ruger is a simple barrel swap and it works with standard magnum bot faces and magazines. The Weatherby would require a larger bolt face and a modified magazine to work as a repeater.

I know the big Weatherbys have been done many times before on Savages before though.
