Im sure this has been asked before but couldnt find the answer anywhere. Does anyone make a long action magazine that will feed a 223 as a repeater?

I have one in my LA 110. It has a blind mag and a follower. I would be willing to trade it and a single shot adapter for a 308 LA blind mag and follower.

Take a SA .223 magazine and tack weld or pop rivet an "L" shaped bracket to the rear end of it so that it fits the slots in the receiver. I'd also recommend getting a .223 bolt baffle to shorten the stroke on the bolt.

Have you already got a bolt head for the LA bolt to fire the .223? If so where did you find a LA .223 bolt head? I was looking of one for months before I found out I could buy a firing pin stop nut from SSS so that my SA .223 bolt head would work.

They pop up from time to time. I have two, one left one right hand.

I just built one for a buddy on a 7mmRM stagger feed action. I used the RH LA 223 bolt head with a 223 front baffle and a 223 centerfeed magazine. I made a floor for the magazine to hold in the follower spring. Then I just dropped the magazine into the front of the mag opening. I held it in with a small ball of putty epoxy. Works and feeds just fine.
