Hello Folks. New here.
Bought a used Model 4S recently. It has a checked walnut stock, and should be around 1937. It had a Mossberg No. M4D 4x scope on it, which needs an overhaul. It also has a Redfield base for a receiver peep sight, but no sight itself. I'm not sure what's stock and not on this one, and I would like to find and install the receiver sight. I've been advised that the base is for a Redfield 102, but the 102's I see are for specific makers, and none I can find are specifically for Savage. It's also completely missing the ramp rear sight, which I'd like to replace as well, if not with the standard, maybe with a flip up.
Here is a link for a photo album, and any help you folks can offer on identifying what I need and where to get it would be really great.
