i am asking, because criterion is a sponsor of mine for the match i am putting on. they said they would donate one savage barrel with the stipulations i have listed in the past post. i have thought about raffling it off to make money for the match and to help cover our steel bill, but to be legal i would have to get some kind of permit since a raffle is a gorm of gambling.

As you can see, everyone likes a different barrel. Why don't you determine the winner of a barrel, and then have the barrel made after your match. That way the winner will get exactly what he/she wants.
