I saw this TC ad and am amazed at the size of the barrel nut. Maybe Savage will see this an admit people like the nut and like to change barrels and make it easier to do so. Just thought this was interesting.

Its not just a barrel and nut, it is an entire system. Not as simple as the Savage system although the Savage may require more parts, like seperate bolt head etc. The Marlin system is more like the Savage.
