Compare 12FV and 10PC for me, please

Hey all - I'm in the market for one of these rifles in 223. I don't understand why the MSRP for the 10PC is $200 more than that of the 12FV. As far as I can tell, the 10PC has Accustock, detachable magazine, and a threaded muzzle. And a different paintjob, I guess. Am I missing something?

The accustock adds $100 right off the bat, paint another $100, threading $90+ & thats why.
Just get the 12fv and be done with it.
