I sent it on February 21. I was being patient. I just thought he might not even be a member here anymore. Are there any other ways to find out?

most of the info for early 99s as lost in a fire years ago. He has spent a lot of time reconstructing SNs and dates.
110s are not so hard IF you have the info.

I just called Savage CS...
They were more than happy to provide me with the date of mfg., and the twist rate on my 7-08.

Just call 'em...
