Weaver 20 MOA Savage one piece scope base [Archive]

Can anybody tell me if the Weaver 20 MOA Savage one piece scope base has countersunk torx screws?

Yes. I just purchased some used and they all do, unless the previous owner replaced the screws.

Yes, they are torx screws.
