dbm problems

i was shooting my 12 vlp 300wsm today i was loading it single shot and after 3/4 rounds the mag would work itself out towards the trigger and become stuck after the third tim i stoped shooting the rifle dont want to exasperate the problem any insight into the problem would be appreciated

You don't have the magazine latched in properly. You should start with the rear in first, then tip the front in. You will hear it "click", and see the magazine latch move into place. It sounds like you don't have the rear hook tab seated before you press it in.
