I've used both Forster and K&M. WHatever you buy, make sure you get the neck expander tool from the same manufacturer, to make sure the expander mandrel and the turning mandrel match up in diameter. That being said, I prefer the K&M expander as it has a longer shaft with a less abrupt angle at the tip, plus it had an screw in the end to prevent you from pushing the case too far up the shaft and boogering the tip of the case neck.

And their power adapter for holding the case and connecting it to a power screwdriver is pretty decent too.....

I use a Hart neck turner, and utilize the Sinclair standard and oversized mandrels for truing up and turning. A big +1 on the power case holder accessory.

On neck tuner I highly recamend you buy a neck turner that matches a expander manderal. I have a forster, and it doese an OK job, but I have had to sit and fit my manderels to my expander manderel. The Sinclair cutters use the expander manderal out of there expander.
PMA makes a nice turner

I have the layman and not happy with it. It seems to shave more off of one side.

A Lyman was my first, and I quickly got away from it. I found that the shaft has some play in it, and when turning it will turn uneven.
