Yes, but with a few small differences. The one I have the front baffle is undercut on one side and has a pin in the bolt head to stop the bolt rotation when opened and doesn't' have the bolt guide.

I don't know it's age or if thats how the 110s were then. I haven't played or looked at it too close, but everything appeared to be the same as the older Savages, trigger, barrel and etc.

BTW.."Westpoint" was the store brand name for Cotter & Company firearms.

Thanks for the information i just replaced the firing pin and the stock is broken so its next just wanted to make sure a savage 110 would fit.
