eabco scope base???

I bought two of these a couple months ago for a couple builds that I have been working on, plans have changed so I haven't gotten too far with the builds so I haven't had a chance to try them out yet. This rail seems to be pretty nice, but they only come in 0 moa. Anyway has anybody used these, if so what are you thoughts?

I have 2,,, one for a encore, one for my Savage BVSS .223 both work great.
