Hello all,
My Father - N - Law just gave me a Ranger 101-13 .22 short long or long rifle. Most likely a sears / roebuck rifle as it has the plastic trigger guard. Nice condition and shoots great. My question is how do I know if its a model 7 or model 85? Its a bolt action, mag fed rifle if that helps and the reciever is not sloped. The reciever also is D&T'd with two holes, for the T mount I believe, leading me to believe that it is made between 38 and the war. Next question is where would one find extra magazines for this rifle?
Thanks in advance.
Zach
