.300wm blind mag (centerfeed)

Im converting my .270 to .300. I already acquired the barrel, but now I need to source an internal mag. Anybody know a good source?

Midway is sold out, and Savage wants my serial number, which of course is for a .270. Numrich also appears to be out. Any other sources?

Try Brownells. They sell factory parts and if the parts are light, they don't charge an arm & leg for shipping.

Mine was a 30-06 detachable mag, but is now is a 338 Wm detachable. Didn't change a thing except adjust the feed lips a little. Try it, you might not need to change a thing. There isn't a whole lot of dia difference between the two cartridges.

I actually bought the blind mag box and follower, and my old stuff worked better, so I swapped it back to detachable.
