Will this stock fit?

I have a 110 circa 1987. Naturally it is a staggered feed long action. The current laminate stock that has been on it for over 20 years has finally given up the ghost and cracked. I have cheked out Numrich Gun parts and found this:

It is a 114U stock with blind mag well. Hole spacing is 5.062 apart. If it fits will I need anything to go with it? Neither Numrich or Savage seem to know whether it will fit.
