Model 16 questions

I am looking at a Model 16 in .223, pre accutrigger.

Two questions.

Are all 16s large shank or just the short magnums?

Is $350 a reasonable price?

It's in very good condition and has not been molested as far as I can tell.

All but the Mags are small shank. At $350.00 either buy it or turn me on to it!
