I'm replacing barrels left and right on my Savages.
Does anyone/will anyone make a spanner to fit the Savage action? With a pin to go in one or both gas escape holes?
We've got a wrench for the barrel nut. Some barrel nuts fit a spanner wrench now, with a pin in the hole in the nut. So a spanner is strong enough to disassemble the nut-barrel-action assembly.
With a spanner for the action, we wouldn't need an action wrench for the action wrench guys, or a barrel vise for me and the other barrel vise guys.
Am I wrong?
I've changed and headspaced enough barrels over the last few weeks to think that this Savage action spanner is a needed tool.
Nyet?

I think I posted this in the wrong place. Is that possible? I made a mistake?
