I'm considering getting a Stockade PD/Tactical stock for my 112. Can I order it to work with the CDI bottom metal, or does that have to be done by someone else?

Set aside a couple hours and call Kevin.

Ha, thats what I've heard! I'm just doing research right now and don't want to waste his time if I'm not going this direction with the build.

Do you have the CDI bottom metal already? If not, you can get Kevin's custom bottom metal that also intakes AICS magazines like the CDI, i ordered my new stock with it. Of course, Kevin can inlet it for the CDI metal as well, you just need to talk to him.

Kevin's custom bottom metal...tell me more like who is kevin? Where can I contact him or get more info? Google is NOT my friend. I'm looking at bottom metal for a model 11fcns. I'm thinking about selling my SSS box mags and switching to an aics system.

FWIW, I have talked to Jeff @ CDI and he said he doesn't like inletting Stockade stocks for his DBM...in his words
"I've had trouble with them".

That's strange, when I called him asking about his bottom metal and he said it would be best to get it with his stock and that he wouldn't have a problem making me a stock with his bottom metal.

I called him once to ask his paint jobs and I bet I was on the phone for an hour and I didn't even order anything. He really is a great guy don't be scared to call and talk to him.
