Any one know about BlackHawk! Scope Rings? My buddy can get them very cheap at cabelas, and cant find much information about them..

Look identical to the Weaver Tactical rings. They're OK IME for the money.

Those look like the UTG/Leapers 6-hole 'tactical' rings. Probably sourced from the same Chi-com vendor.
