MANY times, when shooting the brass with "drop" off the bolt on ejection and will be sitting in the action of the gun instead of holding on till it ejects out of the receiver.., any ideas?

Make sure that the ejector pin on the bolt face isn't sticking. Likewise make sure that the extractor tab is moving correctly and has decent spring tension.

This is usually the extractor problem.

+1, replacing the extractor detent ball with one of .140" can help. Modifying the ejector notch .020" can help hold the case on the extractor longer. Sharp Shooter Supply has ejector kits that can help to cure the problem if you don't care to tackle the modifications your self.
