Does anyone know if I can get a barrel that will thread into a Mauser action set up with a Savage barrel nut? Mike

To a good gunsmith this would be an easy project.

The typical Mauser setp is tight against the inner lug and a .005" gap against the receiver ring. The barrel nut may not be the best system for that design.

I don't know if anything has changed but Rhineland used to have a HORRIBLE reputation for non-delivery. I wanted one of their 45 acp mauser kits a few years back but when I researched them their reputation turned me away. Things may have changed as that was several years back but I wanted to throw the warning out there just as a precaution.
Take care everyone!

All you need is to do it properly, here is a mauser style action(CZ) that has a barrel nut I built
