I'm anxiously awaiting a Lilja 9 twist in .20PPC and would welcome the chance to chat with other shooters. What bushings do you use to neck down .220 Russian? What loads have worked well? Anybody on a second barrel? How many rounds can I expect?

Welcome to the site,
I am willing to bet few people on this site have ever delt with a 20 PPC. You may want to talk to Sharp Shooter, he has built a couple. He has also played with a 20 Titan on a AR15 platform. (20 Titan is blown out 20PPC.) Sharp Shooter has also played with the 20x47 Lapua (Built of the 6.5x47 lapua.) and it is one freak of a super flat shooting, fast round. I was realy impressed with it out at 1000 yards. He did say that he got firecracking in the barrel (20x47L) at a fairly low round count. He also has had experince with the 20PDK. I know Fred, and Mark (Works at SSS.) both liked RE17 with the 20x47L and the 20PDK, with heavier 55 gr bullets.

I'm still on the first 100 cases(on thier 5 th reloading) that came with the gun when I bought it used. 540 is suppose to be the powder for the 40 grainers but is tuff to find and spendy, BM has been working great with the 39 grain BK in my 11/12? twist.
I did try to neck down some 22PPC cases I had left over but they will not fit the chamber of the 20PPCC
