Where to buy BAS?

Savage has this part restricted to gunsmiths...and Brownells is out of stock.

So - anybody know where I can get 2 blued/satin allen head bolt assembly screws? I think the part number I'm looking for is 104581.

Found them listed @ Numrich/gun parts corp. Inventory is low or O.O.S on some models. Just used "bolt assembly screw" in search feature............... Weird, I bought a S/S BAS from Savage this spring. Their new policy is definitely a PIA >:(
