270 WSM barrel

Can any of you point me it a direction for a 270wsm large shank barrel. I already sent sinman a message on his "contact us" form on his website. I understand he is extremly busy, which must me a testimony of his work quility, so i'll just wait pantiently for his reply. Anyway I want a quality barrel but can't spend big bucks this time around. Preferably fluted. How about a factory take off? Can you get a factory barrel fluted?

I just looked and Jim at NSS has 270 wsm barrels with sights. Could the factory sights be removed?

I think Numrich had some 26" varmint 270WSM for like $80.00

Thanks snowgetter, I have seen that one. I am building a light weight deer hunting rig, so I don't think that would work. Unless I could have it cut down and fluted?

I have a factory Savage 270 WSM large shank that I'd be willing to let go of, it is a standard sporter taper. I never mounted it, it is used but definitely low miles. I will check details this evening.

If jeff can't find his let me know. I bought a 270 WSM used for the action 8 months ago. I think the barrel is out in the shed. I took it off the same day it came home. Only wanted the action. It is camo'd. Also have the stock in same camo pattern. Both are your's if you want them for 30$ Shipped. I have no use for them and they are just using up shelf space.
