Upgrade barrel with faster twist rate for .223 10fp

What's a good complete ready to go, accurate barrel to upgrade to with a 1:8" or 1:7" twist rate for heavier match grade bullets than the 1:9" twist factory barrel? Thanks for all recommendations. :)
