Looks great, nice job! I have two Ruger Swifts, you will not be dissapointed with the performance.

Did you do the cerakote yourself?

Yes I did the cerakote. I had a buddy with a little steadier hand than mine paint the fluting on the bolt.

I keep coming back and looking at the paint on the bolt, its amazing! Did you spray on the tan and then brush in the black? I cant wrap my head around how you did that? Also how did you paint the barrel with the flutes different colors?

Yes that is exactly how the bolt was done. I sprayed the barrel black, cured it, and then taped off the flutes and sprayed them brown.

Wow, I never thought I'd see the day...

A rifle on this forum in 220 Swift, that HAMMER doesn't own!

:o

That's a nice looking rig. I was just curious why the 12" twist? What bullet are you planning on using? Same one for each 'yotes and pdogs?

Just wondering "out loud".

Shooting 50gr. Nosler Ballistic tips, I am wanting to get working on a load using the 53gr. V-Max.

I've got a Ruger No. 1 in a swift as well, and another Remington VSF in a swift as too. I'm a big fan!

Scope needs to go farther back.
