A real deal

Midway has the simmons white tail classic 6.5-20x50ao on sale for $109. The regular price is $249, so i bit and got one. I don't have it mounted yet, but looking up at rooster peak about a mile away, it's very clear for the money. So i bit and ordered two more just to have around. blue

I think that scope is on sale more often than not. Got one too. Like it much better than my Crossfire.

Well i did get it mounted on my 12ss, i threw a bipod on it so i could sit at the table and glass rooster peak through the sliding glass door. It really does pretty well considering the price, i was able to focus in on a pine tree that is probably (guessing) 1 1/2 miles away. With a little work it came in pretty clear, better than i would have thought for the money.

Certainly would be able to glass deer or elk with it at that range, i'm going to leave it on and see how well it shows up the 308 holes at 300yds next time out to the range, and see how well it holds zero. blue

For the money they are not bad. I have one I use to test different rifles.
Mine holds zero well also.
As long as you are looking right in the center of the scope the resolution is not bad.
If you look out toward the edges, the colors look like a rainbow. ;D
