I'd like to get a repeater target action for a new tactical build. I'd like to use a B&C stock I have with cdi bottom metal already installed. Only problem is it's4.275 spacing. I was looking at the new lrp but I'm sure it's 4.4. Did Savage ever make something like this in the 4.275 spacing?

Nope, all target actions have the 4.4 bolt spacing. If you used the Acme system it would work, the Acme system uses a factory savage DBM inletting, and has a spacer in the front that will work with both 4.275 and 4.4 spacing.
