How do you increase the palm swell

Any suggestions on how to increase the palm swell on Axis/Edge rifle without major surgery? Is there an aftermarket thingamajig, like a hogue grip, that can be added? For the most part I find the rifle comfortable but having large hands I prefer a thicker grip.

I used epoxy putty and reshaped it also cutting out some of stock to get perfect grip. Just be.sure to rough up the stock before applying putty due the fact the stock is slick. Now my axis looks a little like a m40a3
