For anyone that was wondering what AI'ing does or looks like: "more powder room!"

I have a 250AI built using a Douglass barrel 10 twist and so far all loads I have tried have been under 1" at 100yds. I have been working with Varget and H414 using wolf LRM primers launching 115gr NBT and BST along with 110gr Accubonds. The Accubonds have shot the best and it's also my hunting rounds.

Thanks Peter! I should have been more specific. Looking to use the 250AI for varminting. Anyone have experience w/ the 250AI & 75 to 85gr. boolits? Thanx

Ah the 250 ackley improved. My absolute favorite caliber and quite possibly the sexiest cartridge ever invented. Makes one heck of a deer and elk rifle too. Anything you can do with a 25-06 you can do with one of those. I shoot the 85gr noslers out of my standard 250 for yotes with great success.
