5.7x28 ? 5.45x39?

So Savage has given up on the 5.7x28 (and probably 5.45x39 too).

Are there any viable options for building a 5.7x28 or 5.45x39 savage?

I haven't researched bolt heads for Savage rifles yet. I know they was suppose to make a model 25 in the 5.7x28. I thought bolt heads might be available. I did e-mail PTG. They do make a custom bolt for a REM 700 in a 5.7x28 I believe for around a $100 or so. I would love to build one for a small game rifle.
