Savage 110 Silhouette ??

The Savage 110 Silhouette rifles -- were many produced? was the factory stock the stippled walnut? 1980's vintage? were all on the "J" action (see older post, below)?

Interested in any information or links to info.

I have a palma rifle, in 300 Win Mag. Single shot, blackened stainless barrel. Left side of the receiver is tapped for sights. End of barrel is turned to slip on a sight as well.

Mine is a standard long action format with a BVSS stock.

Shoots very well.
