Magazine Falling Out - Savage 300 Win Mag

My 300 Win Mag model 111fcxp3 has a clip that falls out when firing. Does anyone know how to fix this? Will this cause safety concerns?

my 116fcss used to do this and i wondered how to fix i tryed to bend the tab on the front of the clip but never shot it like that i got rid of the rifle and im getting a 10fp

Where is it disconnecting from? The front or back?
