You should just need a new barrel for that cartridge if you're going to do a single shot. Not sure if you will need to modify the magazine.

338 RUM does will do everything the Lapua does.

i was just making sure i have a 338 ultra built on a 700,i wanna do the build myself,and build a gun similiar to the one savage is making.i have thousands of 300 smks, ;D
