American Classic .270win Stainless

I recently just bought a new 114 American classic 270win stainless with a new Bushnell xlt trophy 3x9x40 scope for 675.00 wasn't crazy about the scope but figured for that price it will do just fine.Whata you guys think good deal?

It's a good combo that should shoot whatever you want. Some people will step up and bash the scope, but there's a lot of meat put in the freezers around here with that glass. blue

I say its a good deal as well, I have one of those bushnells on my old remington 700 30-06 and its perfect for hitting anything up to about 400 yards, its not exactly a high powered scope. I actually prefer that scope over my very expensive burris long range scope when it comes to anything within the 400 yard range, you should do just fine.

I like the rifle and the caliber. Don't know about that scope but I have had a couple of Bushnell's that where way better than others in thier price range!! Go shooting and let us know.
