custom escutcheon? HELP!!

I have a problem. I was drilling out my action screw holes with a forstner bit. It caught on my escutcheon and blew it out. It also pulled the bit through the stock.

Does anyone know of anywhere that makes replacements to possibly fit into my now larger screw hole?
