I have a 10FCM Scout (accutrigger and accustock).

In order to be zeroed at 100 yards I have to have the rear peep moved over to the left as far as it will go. The front sight base and sight look to be pretty well centered. I added an intermediate eye relief Leupold scope and it also has to be adjusted quite a lot off of the mechanical center in order to hit the target at 100 yards. I can't get enough adjustment in the peep to zero it at 200 yards. Accuracy at 100 is fine.

Any idea what the issue might be? I wonder if it's the barrel or is the receiver was drilled off center?

I've been thinking of replacing the barrel. I've never swapped one on a savage before. I've been reading about the job and the only thing that concerns me is how do you set the head space and still keep the front sight at 12 o'clock? Also, the hole drilled in the barrel for the IER scope base needs to be centered in the same plane as the holes drilled in the receiver.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

going to have to have it drilled and tapped after headspace.
