Well I've been curious about this myself after just picking up a great deal on a 93 BTVSS .22 WMR. So with the inspiration of your ?(first post here in a while) I pulled the actions from the .22 WMR and my BV. Measured them up and they are indeed identical in every way-Barrel and rcvr diameters the same, bolt pull the same, ejection port the same, accutrigger assembly the same. The big difference is the way the magazine is treated. On the 93 it slides on to a guide, as opposed to just snapping in on the MK II. Much better on the 93 I think. Here's a side by side pic...

Swap what over? The magazine inlet on the receiver is different for the 93, and bolt head space would be an issue, as would the chamber.

On the new E receiver only, the difference is the magazine and attachments, chamber and bore size (22lr/22wmr only for bore size).
The older models (pre E but accutrigger) the magnums had a longer ejection port and holes for gas escape, pre accutrigger had a longer reciever for the magnum. This might not be totally correct on the older models as I am going by long ago learned information and I am to lazy to look it up. I think the earlier models had a front lug for the magnums even though all the barrels had the dovetail cut.

the mag attachments appear to be bolted on and the barrel appears to be pinned
