New Barrels, Actions trued (not timed), headspaced, Rayhill's money saver Elk Hunter stocks and recoil lugs. The Barrels were threaded 5/8x24, and the muzzle brakes are being timed as I type. The youngest's rifle is a 7mm WSM Left Handed (mcgowen barrel large shank, turned to a small shank), and the oldest's rifle is a 300 Win Mag (Shilen barrel).
Both rifles have had the trigger job done with the Wal-Mart lead bouncing fishing weight wire, and are clean and crisp.
This has been a great Father-Son project, and the boys have learned volumes from these builds.
Hope you all enjoy........

With rigs like that(I'm jealous), you might have a couple future Scout/Snipers on your hands. Very nice and good quality family time, which doesn't happen enough these days.

Have they been made aware that Janet Napolitano now considers them domestic terrorists? (sorry for the wet blanket). Great job and happy kids. They will never forget this as long as they live.

Great idea with the "shredded paper" camo pattern.
