Shilen Contours

Assuming length is the same, .308 cal 28", for an accurate multi-purpose rifle good out to 800+ yards will there be a difference in performance between their varmint and bull contours, or just extra weight? Any opinions and recommendations are welcome.

They should shoot the same, the only difference will be weight, and maybe a slight heat dispersement advantage.
