Will a long action Staggered feed go into a center feed stock and feed from a center feed mag? I don't see why it wouldn't feed but curious about fit.

Those are short action measurements. He asked about long action.

But the answer is still no unless you want to dremel, grind, or mill on your action. The rear of the mag opening on a stagger feed needs to be enlarged. Basically you'd need to remove the slot where the magazine tab goes.

Here's a picture of a stagger feed in a center feed DBM stock.

Thanks geargrinder, that covers it. Is that a personal rifle of yours?

Your welcome.

Yes it is. I was swapping barrels a while back and had both actions torn down so I decided to see if the stagger would fit in the center.

On a center feed magazine there is a little tab that sticks up and catches on the DBM part that I have circled. The action needs to be removed in that area for clearance. That tab is there if your center feed is DBM or blind.

A friend of mine has a stagger feed DBM rifle and likes DBM but hates the Tupperware. I have a center feed DBM... just trying to figure out what we can do.
