Savage Model 111 .338 Win Mag Scope base Help

I have a Savage .338 win mag Model 111. I am having a hard time finding a 2-peice scope base to fit. I have bought a base for a savage 110 but the thread holes are off. Help! ???

As for other accesories for this gun, will 110 work?

110-111-112-114-116 all use the same bases. The only differences are round back and flat back.
Short action bases are the same for 2pc. bases. If the ones you have are marked for a 110 and the holes
don't line up I would guess misdrilled holes or mismarked package.

Thanks good to know! I do see that Milllet has a difference in 110 and 110 w/ accutrigger? I do have a millet base, could this be why its off? Previously had a Leupold 1 piece base dove tail and it matched perfectly so i do not think my holes are off in the gun. What I am trying to attach is a picitinny rail for my tactical scope and am not having any luck. Any suggestions for a picatiny rail for a savage 111 since a 2 piece base seem not to work?
