What would you recommend for synthetic SA LH aftermarket stock? Thanks

McMillan Savage Classic.
They rely on quality design and materials without the need to resort to the crutch of a heavy aluminum bedding block.

Dependent a whether you have a 4.27" or a 4.4" hole spacing, I have a Choate Ultimate Varmint I bought for a project I could be talked out of. The wife would be happy. Just an option/idea.

as a fellow lefty and one that has verry little money the hs precision stocks are nice. mcmillen is nice but way to pricy and quite frankly i prefer a aluminum bed bloc as then a quick skim bed job and bang another gun more accurate than me!

Stockade stock would be what I'd buy if I wanted a synthetic stock.

Something else to consider. Both right and left hand actions are the same "except" for the bolt handle cut.
If you can find a right hand stock that you like at a "good price", get it, plug the right hand bolt handle cut and recut it on the left side. ;D

Aluminum bedding block stocks work very well. No need to overlook them unless it is your preference.
Stockade is a great choice. I have a Pdog/Tactical on my long action 338 Edge.
B&C Medalist would be another great choice, but you'd have to swap the bolt cuts.

If you have a stagger feed (4.275") action I would highly recomend a B+C duramax that you wouyld convert to left handed. I have done a few conversion myself and it was much easier than I expected.
More recently I have been able to pick up a stockade and I love it (although it is about 2.5X the price of a duramax)
