Had my chamber redone by PTG reamer for throat in 1:8 twist, to get bore align with the chamber barrel lost 1/4" in the process, original chamber was cut 0.004" off center, with a new chamber my max OAL with 105 A-Max went from 1.825" to 1.835" and the bolt is now easy to operate.

Glad you got it fixed but sorry you had to go thru all that to find out it was messed up. Hope it shoots up to expectations now.

Well I did fire 40 rounds today, some groups were OK like 0.4", but I had groups 1.2", just can't explain same load produces such different results. Bullets and brass sorted, necks turned, powder load double checked for weight and I'm only using BR primers. Good thing, there were no issues with bolt cycling. Also had to adjust firing pin, because it was about size of ejector when fired, it did puncture holes in the primers and created cratering.
