Took the LRP out today for the first time. I didn't worry too much about group sizes, though I did notice the groups tighten up toward the end. I'm not sure if this is a function of the loads or the barrel getting some use. Round count for the day was 70 with 20 sighters/foulers. I'm going to continue with a dirty bore using the same powder until I see something change. The rounds below were fired at ~1.5 minute intervals for the ten shot string, I forgot my thermometer to check barrel temp, but it never got so hot you couldn't rest your hand on it. Interestingly, the cold bore and second shots were all exactly point of aim and touching on all five strings, which is good because I bought this to use in tactical matches. The first 5 on the 44 grain load all went into a single two caliber wide oblong hole and the rest stayed in the general vicinity. I'll be stoked if things continue to improve.
