would like to have a 19 or 20 inch barrel in stainless for the 200 - 225 grain barnes bullets.
What twist rateL
where can I get one?

I wouldn't go slower than a 1:14 twist barrel. Midway has the 24" ER Shaw SS barrel kits in stock right now in .358 Win for $200. For around another $50 +/- a GS can cut it to length and recrown. Other than that you'll have to special order one from the usual suspects and costs will vary depending on whose barrel you choose.

Built one a few yrs ago..Savage model 16 w/Accue trigger
21" med heavy Pac Nor....1-6 Bushnell 4200 for glass
12 twist 5 groove
Handles 158 JHP right up to 250 gr Hornady's just fine
Better to over twist a barrel than under twist...
Go 12 twist.......
