Hello fellows, I have the 110BA and don't really want to use the supplied oversized rail platform, so what picatinny base is available for this 110BA ?
Thanks

I put a Farrell steel 40moa long action base on mine... works great.

I should have stated that I don't want a port cut out in the base, with this action having a solid top with side ejection port, a straight bottom base would look correct, I don't want a base that will look like a bridge on the receiver.

Then you may be SOL, as prior to the 110BA any/all Savage long actions were 'hunting' actions with the cut-out top. Takes a while for vendors to start supplying specialized parts for new models.
You might call EGW and see if they'll make you one of these:

for a long action. Let us know if they say yes... I'd be interested, even if its 'only' 20 moa...

check the DNZ website. maybe they can adjust their cnc w a custom order to leave the cutout straight that the regular actions need to clear brass ejection and loading. i saw they started doing cuustom order but didnt see the cost.
they can even build in the pre-set moa if you need it. i think i saw they go up to 30moa....i think.

Talked to EGW, they will make the HD Long Action 8-40 screws without cut out, (solid base) for $150.00
